As an incentative to get out of diapers, Bryce was awarded a trip to Build-A-Bear. We told him that if he could make it 2 months without having an accident we would take him to build his own bear. Bryce kept track of his daily progress by charting with stickers. He couldn’t wait for the big day, and when it finally arrived, he chose “Husky Lightning Hall” as his new found friend. We are very proud of Bryce and his accomplishment - April 28th a day to remember!

Ten years in the making, the greatly anticipated grand opening of the $24 million Falls Creek Tabernacle near Davis is set for May 26 by the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma.
The new, 7,253-seat, climate-controlled tabernacle spans over 5 acres at the heart of the 300-acre, conference center. Amenities include stadium-seating, state-of-the-art audio and video equipment and one of America’s largest rear-screen, image-magnification projection systems.
“We’re celebrating the grand opening of the Falls Creek Tabernacle,” said Anthony L. Jordan, executive director-treasurer for the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma. “The new tabernacle opens the door for Falls Creek to truly become a year-round ministry facility.”
Open house begins at 12:30 p.m. with the Dedication Service beginning at 2 p.m. including live music, ribbon cutting and special presentations. Admission is FREE but registration is required. Register online at www.FallsCreekOK.org or by calling 1-800-690-6933.

Gwenn received word that a former student, Chase Sullivan, was diagnosed with cancer throughout his body. Needless to say, this came as quite a shock to her. Chase, who graduated high school last year, and his family need our support more than ever - so please lift them up in prayer!

Well Spring Break ‘07 is finally upon us. I am busy working a business startup on my days off from the fire station. Gwenn is planning an enjoyableweek with her favorite student, Mr. Bryce. Amy Jo is gone to Mexico on a mission trip with a couple of FBCRH Youth. We hope that they have a great time and are given the opportunity to share the love of God.
For those of you that don’t know, Amy Jo lived with Gwenn and I during the Summer of ‘03 while serving as the interim music director at Oak Grove Baptist Church. While here, she found the love of her life, David Rice, and they got married last summer, and now serve as the Student Ministry Directors at FBCRH.

Received word on Monday from a good friend that his mother passed away. In my profession, you see death quite often, but when it happens to someone close to you it serves as a simple reminder that we all could be just a breath away from our eternal destiny. Our prayers go out to Chuck A. and his family! Remember to tell your family and friends that you love them - Hey! Family and Friends, I love you!
